About the role

As an Executive PA (Director / Pod), your primary objective is simple: free up senior brokers and directors to focus on revenue-generating activity.

You’ll take ownership of administrative, operational, and market-facing support tasks that keep deal momentum moving. Initially, your role will focus on structured execution support — listings, database management, canvassing preparation, and follow-ups.

As you prove your competence, your authority and exposure will grow. Over time, strong performers in this role develop deep market knowledge, commercial judgement, and internal credibility.

From here, your path at OSO may evolve in different directions — whether that means expanding responsibility within operations, deepening your role as a strategic executive assistant, or transitioning into broking if it’s the right fit.

What you’ll be doing

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Driving to properties to take professional building photos and capture vacancy information

  • Uploading listings, managing property adverts, and ensuring online presence is accurate and timely

  • Capturing and maintaining accurate data on the CRM and database

  • Canvassing companies in designated areas (phone outreach and research)

  • Supporting follow-ups with landlords and tenants

  • Assisting with relationship touchpoints (deal follow-ups, periodic check-ins, gift drops, etc.)

  • Managing selected scheduling and coordination tasks

  • Contributing to overall broker momentum by ensuring nothing operationally falls through the cracks

Depending on allocation, you will either work closely with a Sales Director or serve a pod of high-performing brokers.

You must have

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Access to a reliable vehicle

This role is not suited for someone who struggles with follow-through, resists feedback, or wants rapid promotion without mastering the fundamentals. If you’ve just finished university and you tick most of these boxes then this might be the role for you.
