Read more...Gavin Wright, a former Leapfrog franchisee in Cape Town, has been charged with theft and reported to the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) for the alleged misappropriation of trust fund monies. On February 10 2011 the Leapfrog Property Group announced that it had cancelled with immediate effect an agreement with one of its franchisees in Cape Town, without naming Wright at the time. The company’s managing director, Bruce Swain, says the amount involved is still under investigation.
