The suburb of Sunninghill, aside from being really well situated when it comes to getting to the city centre, Sandton or Midrand, is one of few areas in Johannesburg where a residential and commercial sector co-exist rather successfully.
Sunninghill is a commercial and residential suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa. It is located in Region A. The N1 freeway, which at this area is eight lanes across, forms its southern boundary with access at Rivonia offramp. A new road, the K60, has been built through the centre of Sunninghill to assist in easing traffic. Sunninghill is bordered by the suburbs of Paulshof, Kyalami and Woodmead.

Much growth has recently occurred within the suburb, with most previously open land spaces now occupied with residential complexes or businesses.
