Cape Town's City Centre is nestled at the foot of the massive 1086 metre Table Mountain flanked by Devil's Peak, Lions Head and Signal Hill. On the lower slopes, and overlooking the city, lies the area known as the City Bowl. Adderley Street runs right through the middle of Cape Town city while Strand Street, running perpendicular to Adderley, cuts the the city in half again from East to West. With a world remown skyline and well developed infrastructure, Cape Town provides a highly appealing location for investors and businesses. Being situated in the Cape Town City Centre means being plugged in to everything the city has to offer. The last ten years have seen Cape Town's face made over by developments such as the Cape Town International Convention Centre as well as the Green Point Stadium. In spite of this recent new look the city's metamorphic existence is set to continue with a plethora of developments in the pipeline courtesy of The Cape Town Partnership, a collaboration between the public and private sectors working together to develop, promote and manage Cape Town City Centre.
